Who am I?
I am a long distance mountain runner, certified running and ultramarathon coach, certified endurance sports nutritionist and certified personal trainer. I started mountain running almost 10 years ago and took part in my first race in 2015. Since then I have been practicing mountain running at a competitive level and have successfully completed races from 20 to 120km.
In recent years I have studied and I continue studying the most advanced and newest training methodologies and principles, which I try to successfully apply in the programs of the runners I train.
My goal is to provide people with the necessary education, resources, information and motivation they need to successfully practice trail running and ultramarathon events. The training plans are dedicated to intermediate, advanced and experienced runners.

My goal is to help every single person to get there in the most efficient way (not the fastest way) to the fulfillment of personal goals.

Plans are 100% customized and developed based on each s' history, needs and goals and the progress is monitored on the TrainingPeaks platform.
During the 10 years since I practiced mountain running, I ran almost all over Romania, but also through countries such as Italy, Spain, France, Austria, Germany or Turkey.
